摘要
在我国,伴随着新医改制度的推广和深入,居民在身体健康上的关注度越来越高,对卫生服务逐渐提出更高的要求,基于此,相关医学单位要更加重视对全科人才的培养。文章主要在分析国内、国外全科医学人才培养现状的基础上,提出在新医改形式下,加强医学人才队伍培养的策略。
In China,with the promotion and deepening of the new medical reform system,residents pay more and more attention to their physical health,and gradually put forward higher requirements for health services.Based on this,relevant medical units should pay more attention to the training of general practitioners.Based on the analysis of the current situation of general practitioners training both at home and abroad,this paper puts forward some strategies to strengthen the medical professionals under the new medical reform.
