摘要
目的探讨瘢痕子宫再次妊娠阴道分娩不同护理干预措施的效果。方法选取2017年1~3月我院收治的50例瘢痕子宫再次妊娠阴道分娩产妇作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各25例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受全程护理。比较两组的分娩情况、新生儿预后情况以及产妇精神状态。结果观察组的产程时间短于对照组,出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的新生儿Apgar评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施全程护理干预可使瘢痕子宫再次妊娠阴道分娩产妇的产程得以有效缩短,减少分娩过程中产妇的阴道出血量,改善产妇的负面情绪及新生儿窒息情况。
Objective To explore the effect of different nursing interventions on vaginal delivery of scarred uterus with second pregnancy.Methods From January 2017 to March 2017,50 cases of pregnant women with scarred uterus repregnancy and vaginal delivery admitted to our hospital were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received whole-course nursing.The results of delivery,neonatal prognosis and maternal mental state were compared between the two groups.Results The labor time of the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the amount of blood loss was less than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Newborn Apgar score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of whole-course nursing intervention can effectively shorten the delivery process of vaginal delivery women with scarred uterus pregnancy again,reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding during delivery,improve the negative emotions of parturients and neonatal asphyxia.
