摘要
电网调度员的人为差错是影响电力系统安全运行的重要因素,不合适的工作负荷是造成人为差错的主要原因之一。依据认知心理学中人的信息处理模型,结合调度员任务职能,提出从信息感知、操作行为、语音输出以及心里资源占用等四个维度对调度员工作负荷进行评价。借助视频、音频以及生理监控与分析,提取多种特征对以上各维度进行定量化连续描述。利用实测数据确定特征权重最终实现调度员工作负荷多指标综合评价。最后将本方法应用于真实调度场景中,实验结果一定程度上验证了方法的有效性,由此为电网调度员工作负荷评价问题提供了一种详细且有效可行的方案。
The human error of the power grid dispatcher is an important factor affecting the safe operation of the power system.The unsuitable workload is one of the main causes of human error.Based on the human information processing model in cognitive psychology and the dispatcher's task function,this paper proposes to evaluate the dispatcher's workload from four dimensions,i.e.,information perception,operational behavior,speech output and mental resource occupation.With video,audio and physiological monitoring and analysis,several features are extracted to quantify the above dimensions.To realize overall workload assessment,experiment data are used to determine the feature weights.Finally,the method is applied to the real dispatching scenario.The experimental results verify the effectiveness of the method to a certain extent,which provides a detailed,effective and applicable solution for the power dispatcher's workload evaluation problem.
