摘要
针对模拟盐渍土环境下高性能混凝土的耐腐蚀问题,利用恒电流加速腐蚀试验和X射线能谱等方法,测定了极化曲线、氯离子含量、裂缝宽度和锈蚀钢筋形貌。试验表明:在盐渍土环境中恒电流加速412 h的钢筋混凝土试件,其电化学测试结果、裂缝观测结果、X射线能谱分析结果均表明钢筋锈蚀程度从高到低依次为内掺粉煤灰、复掺粉煤灰和矿粉、内掺矿粉、未掺活性矿物掺合料;在盐渍土环境中恒电流加速412 h时钢筋混凝土氯离子含量由大到小依次为单掺粉煤灰、未掺矿物掺合料、复掺粉煤灰和矿粉、单掺矿粉,表明矿物掺合料钢筋混凝土抵抗氯离子渗入能力由大到小依次为单掺矿粉、复掺粉煤灰和矿粉、未掺矿物掺合料、单掺粉煤灰。
Aiming at the corrosion resistance of high performance concrete under simulated saline soil environment,the polarization curve,chloride ion content,crack width and rust bar morphology were determined by constant current accelerated corrosion test and X-ray energy spectrum.The test shows that the electrochemical test results,crack observation results and X-ray energy spectrum analysis results of reinforced concrete specimens with constant current accelerated for 412 h in saline soil indicate that the degree of corrosion of steel is from high to low.Coal ash,complex fly ash and ore powder,inner mineral powder,undoped active mineral admixture.In the saline soil environment,when the constant current is accelerated for 412 h,the chloride ion content of the reinforced concrete is from single to fly ash,undoped mineral admixture,complex fly ash and ore powder,and single mineral powder.It shows that the mineral admixture reinforced concrete resists chloride ion infiltration ability from large to small,single-mineral powder,complex fly ash and mineral powder,undoped mineral admixture,and single fly ash.
