摘要
为准确掌握小浪底水轮机允许运行边界条件,采用非旋转设备振动测量评价方法,在水轮机尾水管进人门处水平方向安装低频振动位移传感器,通过测量不同负荷工况下尾水管水平振动、顶盖水平/垂直振动与水轮机顶盖下腔、蜗壳进口、尾水管进人门、尾水管扩散段等处压力脉动变化数据,得出尾水管水平振动与压力脉动峰峰值变化趋势呈现一致性,结合测量数据、尾水管进人门现场噪声情况和模型水轮机综合特性曲线对水轮机运行稳定性进行了分析和评估,验证了真机运行特性与模型水轮机综合特性曲线的一致性,证明了用尾水管水平振动衡量尾水管内水力因素影响是进行水轮机水力振动评估的有效手段。
This paper tried to use the vibration of a rotating equipment measurement evaluation method to accurately grasp the allowable oper ating boundary conditions of Xiaolangdi turbine.A low frequency displacement sensor was installed in the horizontal direction of the inlet door of the draft tube of the turbine.By measuring the horizontal vibration of draft tube,the vibration of head cover and the pressure pulsation at the lower chamber of turbine head cover,the inlet of spiral,the inlet of draft tube and the diffuse section of draft tube under different load conditions,it concluded that the variation trend of pressure pulsation and horizontal vibration of draft tube was consistent.Combining the measured data,the noise at the inlet of draft tube and the comprehensive characteristic curve of the model turbine,the running stability of the turbine was analyzed and evaluated.The consistency between the real turbine running characteristic and the comprehensive characteristic curve of the model turbine was verified accurately.It was proved that using the draft tube horizontal vibration to measure the hydraulic factors of the draft tube was the effective means for the evaluation of hydraulic vibration.
