摘要
黄河游荡河段河道断面宽浅,水流散乱,主河槽摆动范围大,相应地游荡河段黄河大桥主桥的桥联都较长。传统桥梁设计方案难以在保障大桥工程安全且经济合理的前提下,满足黄河游荡河段主槽大跨径长联桥的桥跨布设要求。针对等跨连续梁边跨结构进行各种梁型对比计算,找出不同恒载集度比下的内力变化规律,并得出等跨连续梁边跨的最佳截面组成形式。边跨采用钢箱梁及预应力混凝土梁时内力分布不均,结构受力不合理,结合梁及波纹钢腹板梁均为钢-混组合梁形式,其受力介于钢箱梁及预应力混凝土梁之间,受力较为合理。可采用新型轻质材料,降低等跨连续梁边跨自重,调整结构内力分布,优化创新黄河大桥主桥布设方案,突破传统设计方案对桥长的限制,实现主桥灵活分联,大大降低地震力对桥梁联长的制约,解决黄河游荡河段主桥桥跨布设难题。
The cross section of the Yellow River is wide and shallow for the wandering reach,with scattering water flow and large swing range of the main channel.And the length of continuous beam for main bridge is relatively long in this reach.Under the premise of ensuring the safety and economic rationality of the bridge project,the bridge span layout requirement with the large span and long continuous beam is difficult to meet the traditional bridge design scheme.Based on the contrast calculation of various beam shapes of side span structures for equal-span continuous beam,the law of internal force variation was analyzed under different constant load collection degrees to find out the best cross-sectional composition.When adopting steel box girder and PC beam,the internal force of the side span is uneven and the structural stress is unreasonable.The combined beam and corrugated steel web beams both are in the form of steel-mixed composite beams,which forces are between the steel box girder and the PC beam,so their forces are more reasonable.In summary,new lightweight materials are adopted to reduce the self-weight of side span of the equal-span continuous beam and optimize and innovate the main bridge layout scheme.The bridge length,which is limited in the traditional design scheme is extended.Thereby,the main bridge can be designed more flexibly.The problem of main bridge span layout can be solved for the Yellow River wandering reach.
