河道内生态需水及取水断面可调水量研究 被引量:6

摘要 宁夏固原城乡安全饮水水源工程的实施有效缓解了宁夏中南部地区水资源短缺现状,改善了区域生态环境,但调水工程在确定可调水量时,应充分考虑调出区生态环境建设,预留充足的水量。首先,对调出区河道生态环境需水量的类型进行了界定,认为河道内生态环境需水包括河流基本生态环境需水、输沙需水、河流水质稀释自净需水、河道内水面蒸发4个部分;其次,结合区域河道实际情况对估算河道基本生态环境需水量的Tennant法进行了改进,并采用改进的Tennant法及当前广泛应用的最小月平均流量法对河道内基本生态环境需水量进行了估算比较,认为Tennant法估算结果更能够为区域水资源开发利用提供依据;然后,采用最大月含沙量法对河道输沙需水量进行了估算,并结合区域实际情况分析认为河道蒸发需水量及稀释自净需水量可忽略不计;最后,系统分析了调水区各截引沟道生态环境需水量的最小值及适宜值,初步确定了调水区各截引沟道水资源可利用量的最大值及适宜值。 Although the implementation of urban and rural drinking water source project in central and southern Ningxia will effectively reduce the water shortage status in central and southern Ningxia region and will improve the regional ecological environment,we still should give full consideration to ecological environment construction in water transfer region.The eco environmental water demand was classified and defined firstly according to the area character of water transfer region in this study and deemed that the ecological water requirement theory included four parts:basic river eco environmental water requirement,sediment water requirement,water pollution dilute and self purification water requirement,surface evaporation water requirement.And in combination with the practical situation of area,Tennant method was improved.With the improved Tennant method and minimum mean monthly flow method,the basic ecological water demand in the channel was esti mated.Considering that the results of Tennant method contained the minimum level and good level value,it could provide a solid basis for the development and utilization of water,so we accepted the result of Tennant method.Then it used the method of maximum monthly sediment concentration to estimate the water requirement for sediment transport of the channel.Combining the actual situation of the area,water re quirement of evaporation and dilute purification could be ignored.Then we calculated and analyzed every kind of eco environmental water de mand further more.The results will provide practical basis for reasonable development and utilization of water resources in water transfer region.
