AZ91镁合金超细晶板材激光焊接工艺优化研究

摘要 AZ91镁合金超细晶板材激光焊对焊接工业要求极高,若焊接工艺参数选择不当,会出现焊接裂纹、咬边、气孔、凹坑和焊不透等现象.本文从熔池宽度、熔池深度和熔深比考虑,通过试验得出,当焊接2mm厚的AZ91系镁合金,选用下述的参数比较合适:I=5.5A,V=5-6m/min;I=6A,V=6-7m/min;I=6.5A,V=7m/min;I=7A,V=8m/min.上述的工艺参数只是考虑材料的厚度和材料的大概特性,结合材料的具体组织和焊接接头的焊接机制,还需进一步优化. The laser welding process of AZ91 magnesium alloy ultra-fine crystal plate has extremely high requirements on the welding industry.If the welding process parameters are not properly selected,welding cracks,undercuts,pores,pits and welds will be observed.In this paper,by considering the width of the molten pool,the depth of molten pool and the ratio of penetration to depth,it is found through experiments that when welding AZ91 magnesium alloy with 2mm thickness,the following parameters are suitable:I=5.5A,V=5?6m/min;I=6A,V=6?7m/min;I=6.5A,V=7m/min;I=7A,V=8m/min.The above process parameters only consider the material thickness and the approximate properties of the material.In combination with the specific structure of the material and the welding mechanism of the welded joint,further optimization has been required.
