摘要
高校纪检监察工作作为党的纪律检查工作的重要组成部分,推进落实“转职能、转方式、转作风”,是面向新时代做好高校纪检监察工作的必然要求。要从加强政治建设、落实高校立德树人根本任务的高度加强学习,提高认识;要转变思路,推动高校纪检监察工作机制不断完善;要创新发展,推进高校纪检监察工作体制改革。在创新工作体制机制、明确工作职责任务、准确定位工作角色、改革工作方法和实现工作主体的专业化过程中,以高度责任担当主动作为,实现高校纪检监察工作高质量的发展。
As an important component of discipline inspection,the implementation of“function transformation,mode transformation,and style transformation”for discipline inspection in higher education institutes is an inevitable requirement for discipline inspection in such institutes in the new era.New knowledge must be tracked to improve awareness from the height of political construction and fulfillment of the mission of ethic education and cultivation of human beings;mentality must be changed to promote the mechanism for discipline to perfection;innovation must be made in development to promote reforms with the working mechanisms.Voluntary measures must be taken with a keen awareness of responsibility in the process of innovating working mechanism and system,of demarcating responsibilities and tasks,of positioning working roles,of reforming working methods and realizing quality development of discipline inspection in higher education institutes.
