组蛋白去乙酰化酶及其抑制剂与结直肠癌的关系

摘要 表观遗传学异常与肿瘤的关系一直备受关注。近年研究显示,翻译后修饰在肿瘤发生和发展过程中起重要作用。组蛋白去乙酰化酶(HDACs)可在转录和翻译后水平调节细胞内稳态。该文综述了结直肠癌中HDACs在翻译后修饰水平的致癌机制及HDACs抑制剂的应用前景。 The relationship between epigenetic abnormity and tumors has gained great attention.Recent studies demonstrate the crucial role of post-translational modifications during tumor development and progression.Histone deacetylases(HDACs)regulate intracellular homeostasis at transcription and posttranslation levels.This article reviews the carcinogenic mechanisms of HDACs at post-translational modification level and application prospect of HDACs inhibitors in colorectal cancer.
