摘要
PA56纤维不仅具有PA66的优良性能,还有吸湿性好和阻燃等特点,具有良好的应用前景。PA56的热膨胀系数、结晶度、玻璃化温度、熔融温度等均低于PA66,因此在进行纺丝定形时应控制好相关参数,文章通过生产实践对此进行了详细说明。
PA56 fiber inherits the excellent performance of PA66 fiber,and has the characteristics of good moisture absorption and flame retardation,etc.,owning a good application prospect.The thermalexpansion coefficient,crystallinity,glass transition temperature and melting temperature of PA56 are all lower than that of PA66.Therefore,the relevant parameters should be controlled during the spinning process,which is explained in detail in the paper based on production practice.
