基于CT定位下血肿清除液化引流术治疗中量幕上高血压脑出血患者的临床效果 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨基于CT定位下血肿清除液化引流术治疗中量幕上高血压脑出血患者的临床效果。方法将我院收治的98例中量幕上高血压脑出血患者根据治疗方式不同分为对照组与研究组,各49例。对照组采用神经外科保守治疗,研究组采用CT定位下血肿清除液化引流术治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后3个月,两组患者的Barthel评分均显著提高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗后的GOS与NIHSS评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于CT定位下血肿清除液化引流术治疗中量幕上高血压脑出血患者可改善其脑神经受损程度,也可预防并发症发生,值得临床应用。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of hematoma removal and liquefaction drainage based on CT localization in the treatment of patients with moderate supratentorial hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 98 patients with moderate supratentorial hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the different treatment methods, with 49 cases in each group. The control group was treated with neurosurgery conservatively, and the study group was treated with hematoma removal and liquefaction drainage based on CT localization. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Three month after treatment, the score of Barthel in both groups improved significantly, and that in the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of GOS and NIHSS in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Hematoma removal and liquefaction drainage based on CT localization in the treatment of patients with moderate supratentorial hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage can improve the extent of brain nerve damage and prevent complications, which is worthy of clinical application.
