摘要
目的探讨西药四联序贯疗法治疗慢性胃炎合并消化性溃疡的效果。方法将90例慢性胃炎合并消化性溃疡患者随机分为对照组(n=45,西药三联疗法)和观察组(n=45,西药四联序贯疗法)。比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率及Hp根除率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α及IL-1β水平均降低,各项QLICD-GM评分及总分均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用西药四联序贯疗法治疗慢性胃炎合并消化性溃疡,能够有效清除Hp,降低血清炎性因子水平,提高治疗效果,改善患者生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of western medicine quadruple sequential therapy on chronic gastritis with peptic ulcer. Methods Ninety patients with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer were randomly divided into control group(n=45, western medicine triple therapy) and observation group(n=45, western medicine quadruple sequential therapy). The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment and Hp eradication rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-6,IL-8, TNF-α and IL-1β in the two groups decreased, the QLICD-GM scores and total scores increased, and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion The western medicine quadruple sequential therapy for chronic gastritis combined with peptic ulcer can effectively eliminate Hp, reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors, improve the treatment effect and quality of life of patients.
