摘要
目的研究丈夫为非O型血的O型孕妇的IgG抗-A或抗-B效价与ABO血型系统新生儿溶血病(ABO HDN)的相关性。方法2016年12月—2017年8月选取186例O型孕妇(丈夫为非O型),采用常规血清学方法检测孕妇血清中的抗-A或抗-B效价,观察抗体分布与效价升高情况,待分娩后通过新生儿溶血3项实验来分析抗体效价与ABO HDN的相关性。结果抗-A与抗-B抗体效价的升高与ABO HDN的发病率无显著相关性。结论孕妇产前免疫性抗体检测无法准确预测ABO HDN。
Objective To study the correlation between IgG anti-A or anti-B titer of O-type pregnant women with non-O blood type and ABO HDN in ABO blood group system.Methods 186 O-type pregnant women(husband is non-O type)were selected from December 2016 to August 2017.The anti-A or anti-B titers in the serum of pregnant women were detected by routine serological methods.The distribution of antibodies and the increase of titer were observed.Three experiments of neonatal hemolysis were performed to analyze the correlation between antibody titer and ABO HDN.Results There was no significant correlation between the increase in anti-A and anti-B antibody titers and the incidence of ABO HDN.Conclusion Prenatal immunological antibody testing in pregnant women cannot accurately predict ABO HDN.
