摘要
20CrMnTi圆钢在加工成花键时,在花键端部发现裂纹,采用ARL3460直读光谱仪、金相显微镜及维氏硬度计对花键试样进行分析。分析结果表明,花键端部裂纹的产生与花键退火过程中组织异常有关。
The crack were found at the end of 20CrMnTi spline when it was processed.The spline samples were analyzed by ARL3460 direct reading spectrometer,metallographic microscope and Vickers hardness tester.The result show that the spline end crack is related to the abnormal structure during annealing.
