摘要 因为环保要求,焊丝用户去除氧化铁皮工艺由传统的酸洗改为机械剥壳,许多焊丝盘条由于氧化铁皮剥除不净造成焊丝拉拔后表面发黑,镀铜效果不好,表面发暗。针对这种情况,五矿营钢通过优化加热、轧制、冷却工艺,盘条表面形成易于脱落的氧化铁皮结构。经试用,成品焊丝色泽均匀,无发黑发暗情况,镀铜不良问题得到解决。 Because of environmental requirements,the process of removing oxide scales by welding wire users has changed from traditional pickling to mechanical peeling.Many wire rods blackened after drawing due to the unclean peeling of oxide scales,resulting in poor copper plating effect and darkening of the surface.In view of this situation,by optimizing heating,rolling and cooling processes,the surface of wire rod forms oxide scale structure which is easy to fall off.After trial application,the finished welding wire has uniform color,no blackening and darkening,and the problem of poor copper plating has been solved.
