摘要
以聚丙二醇、氯甲基三乙氧基硅烷、异氰酸钾为原料,碘化钾和1,4,7,10,13,16-六氧杂环十八烷为催化剂,通过原位缩合/加成反应制得硅烷封端聚醚密封材料.探讨了主链聚醚摩尔质量对新型硅烷封端聚醚性能的影响,通过傅里叶红外光谱对产物进行了结构分析,并表征了产物黏度、表干时间、流变特性、热稳定性、透光率及硬度.结果表明:新型异氰酸酯基硅烷封端聚醚密封材料具有优异透光率、低黏度、快速固化等性能.
A novel silane-terminated polyether was prepared by in-situ condensation/addition with polypropylene glycol,chloromethyltriethoxysilane and potassium isocyanate as the raw materials and potassium iodide as the catalyst. The effect of the molar mass of the main chain polyether on the properties of a novel silane-terminated polyether was discussed. The structure of the product was analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The characterization of viscosity,surface dry time,rheological properties,thermal stability properties,transmittance and hardness was analyzed. Results show that the novel isocyanate silane-terminated polyether has excellent light transparency,low viscosity and fast-curing at room temperature.
