摘要
建筑节能是指节能技术和意识被融入到整个项目运行的各个阶段,无论是规划设计,还是建筑施工,均需要按照节能工程的标准来实行,严格采用节能技术、机械、材料以及工艺、管理措施,减少建筑施工中的不合理成本支出,提高能源的利用效率,促进我国社会和经济的持续发展。
Building energy saving means that energy-saving technology and consciousness are integrated into every stage of the whole project operation.No matter in planning and design,or in building construction,it needs to be implemented according to the standards of energy-saving projects,strictly using energy-saving technology,machinery,materials,technology and management measures,reducing unreasonable cost expenditure in building construction,improving energy utilization efficiency and promoting China Sustainable social and economic development.
