摘要
银屑病是一种慢性复发性炎症性皮肤病,其发病机制涉及感染、环境、情绪以及免疫等因素。近年来,银屑病被认为是一种自身炎症性疾病,涉及多种细胞因子(包括干扰素)的相互作用。干扰素可诱导角质形成细胞增殖,促进树突状细胞和中性粒细胞浸润,增加真皮血管扩张和通透性,从而促进银屑病的发生发展。动物模型在银屑病发病机制的研究中占有重要的价值。在本综述中,将总结干扰素参与银屑病发病过程的分子机制以及在银屑病动物模型构建中的作用。
Psoriasis is a chronic recurrent inflammatory skin disease.The pathogenesis of psoriasis is associated to the infectious,environmental,emotional and immunologic factors.In recent years,psoriasis is considered to be an auto-inflammatory disease,involving the interactions among multiple cytokines(including interferon).Interferon can promote the development of psoriasis by inducing keratinocytes proliferation,promoting infiltration of dendritic cells and increasing neutrophils,increasing dilation and permeability of dermal vascular.Psoriasis-like animal models are important tools in the studies on psoriasis.In this review,we summarize the molecular mechanism of interferon in the pathogenesis of psoriasis and its contribution to the establishment of psoriasis-like animal models.
