摘要
使铅笔外形更加契合手部的正确握笔姿势,解决铅芯易断折的问题,有效提升使用舒适度、提高铅芯的利用率、节约资源。通过分析现有的铅笔结构,对握笔姿势进行测试、进行基础草模制作、利用Rhino及Solidworks软件对自动铅笔的结构及外观进行改进设计,得到了自动铅笔内部结构三维装配模型及外观渲染效果图。新型自动铅笔的设计依据人机工程学理论,使得使用手感更舒适;改变铅笔内部结构从而提高铅的利用率,节约资源、减少环境污染;满足学生及其他专业人士对产品的使用需求。
Make the propelling pencil’s shape more suitable for the correct holding posture,and solve the problem that propelling pencil’s leads are easy to break.Our group members effectively promote the using comfortableness and lead utilization,and save resources.Analyzing the present propelling pencil’s structure and testing user’s holding posture,our group members make some basic models,and use Rhino and Solidworks to improve the structure and appearance of propelling pencil.Create the propelling pencil’s interior 3D assembly model and get the impression drawing of propelling pencil’s exterior.The designation of new type propelling pencil are based on Ergonomics theory,which improves the comfort.The change of pencil’s interior structure increases the utilization of pencil’s leads,saves resources and reduces the pollution;It satisfies students and other professionals’demands.
