摘要
目的:探讨使用不同的手术方式治疗子宫肌瘤的效果及安全性。方法:将2016年1月至2018年12月期间某医院收治的90例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为甲组和乙组。为甲组患者使用开腹子宫肌瘤剥除术进行治疗,为乙组患者使用腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剥除术进行治疗。然后观察两组患者术中的出血量、术毕至肛门排气的时间、术毕至体温恢复正常的时间、术后住院的时间、切口疼痛程度的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及发生术后并发症的情况。结果:乙组患者术中的出血量少于甲组患者,其术毕至肛门排气的时间、术毕至体温恢复正常的时间及术后住院的时间均短于甲组患者,其术后切口疼痛的VAS评分及术后并发症的发生率均低于甲组患者,P<0.05。结论:使用腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤对患者造成的创伤较小,其术后康复的速度快,并发症的发生率低。
Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of different surgical methods in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods:90 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to a hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into group a and group b.Patients in group a were treated with laparotomy myomectomy,and patients in group b were treated with laparoscopic myomectomy.Then,the amount of intraoperative bleeding,the time from the end of surgery to anal exhaust,the time from the end of surgery to the return of body temperature to normal,the length of postoperative hospital stay,visual analogue scale(VAS)score of incision pain and postoperative complications were observed.Results:the amount of intraoperative bleeding in group b was less than that in group a,the time from the end of surgery to anal exhaust,the time from the end of surgery to the return of body temperature to normal,and the time of postoperative hospitalization were all shorter than that in group a,and the VAS score of postoperative incision pain and the incidence of postoperative complications were all lower than that in group a,P<0.05.Conclusion:laparoscopic myomectomy for the treatment of uterine fibroids caused less trauma to patients,its postoperative recovery speed is fast,the incidence of complications is low.
