新形势下生物专业师范生培养路径创新探索

Innovative Exploration on the Training Path of Biology Normal University Students under the New Situation

摘要 教师资格证“国考”全面实施,传统的生物教学论课程方法很难培养出刚毕业就能够胜任教师职业的学生。因此需要重新构建学校的教育教法的体系,根据学校现状、“国考”现状和从《中学生物教学论》入手构建应用型准教师培养体系。开发教师职业培养的软件,实行线上自主学习与授课相结合。《中学生物教学论》理论课与中学生物实验课,构建生物知识综合体系,提高教师综合素质,以培养合格的准教师。 With the full implementation of the"national examination"for teacher certification,it is difficult to train students who are qualified for the teaching profession after graduation through the traditional teaching method of biology.Therefore,it is necessary to reconstruct the educational teaching system of our college,and construct the application-oriented quasi-teacher training system based on the current situation of the"national examination"and the theory of biology teaching in middle school.Develop software for teachers'professional training,and combine online independent learning with teaching.The theory course of biology teaching in middle school and biology experiment course in middle school should construct the comprehensive system of biology knowledge and improve the comprehensive quality of teachers so as to train qualified quasi-teachers.
