摘要
本文结合工程实例,针对某办公楼遭遇岩溶塌陷后出现墙体开裂、柱子变形的问题,采用注浆法对该办公楼桩基础下部岩溶空洞及其上部塌陷的、松散土层进行注浆加固处理,水泥浆经扩散、渗透、挤密等作用填充到溶洞内部及其上部土层中。改善溶洞充填物及其上部土层的力学性质能够提高办公楼桩端端阻力和桩周土侧阻力,确保办公楼地基基础的稳定性及其安全。
In combination with engineering examples,to solve the problem of wall cracking and column deformation after karst collapse of an office building,this paper adopts grouting method to reinforce the karst holes in the lower part of the pile foundation and the loose soil layer collapsed in the upper part of the pile foundation of the office building.The cement slurry is filled into the inner part of the karst cave and its upper soil layer by diffusion,infiltration and compaction to improve the filling of the karst cave.The mechanical properties of the substance and its upper soil layer can improve the resistance at the tip of the pile and the side resistance of the soil around the pile,and ensure the stability and safety of the foundation of the office building.
