摘要
大学生党员是高校党组织中的重要组成部分,是高校党建工作的重要参与者。该文通过对民办高校内大学生党员党性的影响因素进行研究,将众多影响因素通过因子分析进行降维得到6个主因子,并有针对性地进行分析,提出对应的建议。
College student party members are the important part of the party organization in colleges and universities;They are also the important participant in the work of party building in colleges and universities.In this paper,through the study of the influencing factors of the party spirit of college students in private colleges and universities,many influencing factors are reduced through factor analysis to get six main factors,and targeted analysis is carried out,and the corresponding suggestions are put forward.
