摘要
近几年,高校人才培养工作受到广泛关注,不仅要完善理论教学体系,也要进一步建构实战型人才培养模式,利用校企合作课程开发的管理机制提升人才监督管控效率,有效培养广告设计专业学生广告意识、团队意识以及市场意识,为社会输送更加专业的高素质人才。该研究简要分析了高校广告设计专业课程教学现状,并对课程开发特点和意义进行了阐释,从职业需求、工作任务、设计项目以及多样化评价四个方面集中讨论了具体的开发路径,仅供参考。
In recent years,the work of talent cultivation in Colleges and universities has attracted wide attention.It is necessary not only to improve the theoretical teaching system,but also to further construct a practical talent cultivation model,to enhance the efficiency of talent supervision and control by using the management mechanism of schoolenterprise cooperation curriculum development,and to effectively cultivate the advertising consciousness,team consciousness and market of students majoring in advertising design.This paper briefly analyzes the current teaching situation of advertising design major in colleges and universities,and explains the characteristics and significance of curriculum development.It focuses on the specific development path from four aspects of career demand,work tasks,design projects and diversified evaluation,for reference only.
