摘要
教育事业统计工作是国家控制教育质量、合理设计教育规模的重要工作。对教育数据进行采集、筛选、汇总和分析,对辅助政府职能部门做出决策有重大意义。黑龙江省教育厅为适应省情,开发了具有本土特征的教育事业统计数据质量分析与核查工具软件。通过软件的模型构建、软件开发对教育事业统计数据质量分析与核查方法进行了深入研究,并形成了完整的理论体系,其思想方法具有很高的参考价值。
Statistics work of educational undertakings is an important work for the state to control the quality of education and design the scale of education reasonably.It is of great significance to collect,select,summarize and analyze educational data for assisting the government’s functional departments to make decisions.In order to adapt to the situation of Heilongjiang province,Heilongjiang Education Department has developed a tool software for data quality analysis and verification of statistics in education undertakings with local characteristics.Through the model construction and development of the software,the data quality analysis and verification methods of statistics in education undertakings are studied in depth,and a complete theoretical system is formed,some of which have high reference value.
