摘要
本文阐述单支铸坯质量跟踪方法.利用PLC技术、无线通讯技术、红外定位技术、数据库技术、网页技术等,采用精密的伺服驱动硬件装置,用高级编程语言建立模型,对各流铸坯全程生产过程进行动态跟踪,进而实现单支铸坯生产全过程质量管控,为单根铸坯过程质量追溯、连铸坯缺陷过程质量诊断、在线质量预测、批次及过程质量评价、在线质量预警、在线质量判定及质量服务等提供基础数据支撑,在国内小方坯质量跟踪方面实现了突破。
This paper describes the quality tracking method of single strand casting billet. Using PLC technology,wireless communication technology,infrared positioning technology,database technology and web page technology,precise servo drive hardware device and advanced programming language to build a model to dynamically track the whole production process of each strand casting billet,and then realize single strand casting billet production. Quality control during the whole production process provides basic data support for quality tracing of single billet process,quality diagnosis of continuous casting billet defect process,online quality prediction,batch and process quality evaluation,online quality early warning,online quality judgment and quality service,and achieves a breakthrough in billet quality tracking in China.
