摘要
目的:探讨盐酸氨溴索注射液对新生儿肺炎患儿肺功能及血清炎性分子的影响。方法:选择2017年1月至2017年12月我院收治的108例新生儿肺炎患儿,随机分为观察组54例和对照组54例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合应用盐酸氨溴索注射液。比较两组患儿临床疗效、症状改善情况及住院时间、肺功能及血清炎性分子指标情况。结果:治疗7 d后观察组总有效率94. 4%,明显高于对照组的83. 3%(P <0. 05);观察组咳嗽消失时间、肺部湿啰音消失时间、气促消失时间、口唇紫绀消失时间、体温恢复时间、住院时间明显短于对照组(P <0. 05);治疗7 d后观察组呼吸频率、呼气峰流速、二氧化碳分压显著低于对照组,而潮气量、动脉血氧分压明显高于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组C反应蛋白、白介素(IL)-6、IL-10水平显著低于对照组,IL-2水平明显高于对照组(P <0. 05);两组患儿治疗过程中均未发生皮疹、过敏等不良反应。结论:盐酸氨溴索注射液可改善新生儿肺炎患儿临床症状和肺功能,提高临床效果,改善肺功能,减轻炎症反应,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of ambroxol hydrochloride injection on lung function and serum inflammatory molecules in neonates with pneumonia. Methods: A total of 108 neonates with pneumonia who were admitted to the hospital from January,2017 to December,2017 were divided into control and observation groups.54 cases of neonatal patients in the control group accepted routine treatment. 54 cases of neonatal patients in the observation group were treated with ambroxol hydrochloride injection intravenous drip on the basis of basic routine treatment,and clinical efficacy,symptom improvement,hospitalization time,lung function and serum inflammatory molecular indicators between the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: For 7 days after treatment,the total efficiency rate of the observation group was 94. 4%,which was significantly higher than that( 83. 3%) of the control group( P < 0. 05). The cough disappearance time,lung wet rales disappeared time,shortness of breath disappeared time,lip purpura disappeared time,body temperature recovery time,hospital stay of the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). RR,PEF,PaCO2 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and VT,PaO2 were significantly higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). CRP,IL-6,IL-10 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and IL-2 were significantly higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). No adverse reactions such as rash and allergies occurred during the treatment of the two groups. Conclusion: Ambroxol hydrochloride injection can improve clinical symptoms and lung function in neonates with pneumonia,improve clinical effect and lung function,reduce inflammatory response. It is safe and reliable,and worthy popularizing.
