摘要 为快速有效地完成外场光电经纬仪调试、维护及检修任务,实现其光纤传输、数字图像处理、存储记录等系统的功能检测,设计了一种匹配各探测器相同时序的图像源,并可配置输出特定格式的图像信号。以模拟光电经纬仪中波红外相机100Hz的320×256pixels输出图像做测试,并使用DALSA采集卡采集图像源输出,得到了棋盘格和渐变条垂直滚动的数字图像。此设计目前已经成功应用于靶场外场和实验室的调试检测系统之中,具有设计新颖、结构简单和控制灵活等优点,具有一定的工程应用价值。 In order to quickly and effectively complete the debugging,maintenance and overhaul of the outfield photoelectric theodolite,the function detection of its optical fiber transmission,digital image processing,storage records and other systems is realized.In this paper,an image source matching the same time sequence of each detector is designed.The 320×256pixels output image of the analog photoelectric theodolite medium wave infrared camera 100Hz was tested,and the image source output was acquired using DALSA acquisition card,and the digital image of checkerboard and gradient bar vertical scrolling was obtained.At present,this design has been successfully applied in the debugging and testing system of the field and laboratory.It has the advantages of novel design,simple structure and flexible control,and has certain engineering application value.
