Safety Optimization of Light Truck Frontal Impact Based on Factorial Design

摘要 为改善某轻型商用车的驾驶室正面碰撞安全性,基于HyperMesh前处理软件建立驾驶室有限元模型,借助LS-DYNA非线性求解软件进行碰撞试验仿真。将仿真结果与实车试验结果进行对比,验证有限元模型的准确性。运用析因设计方法筛选显著因子,采用最优拉丁超立方试验设计方法,结合Isight优化软件建立响应面模型并选用NSGA-Ⅱ遗传算法进行优化求解。结果表明,在重量没有增加的情况下驾驶室正面碰撞安全性显著提升,而且驾驶室顶部及后围碰撞安全性均未受到影响。 In order to improve the safety of the cab of a light truck,the finite element model of the cab is established based on the HyperMesh pre-processing software,and the simulation of the crash tests are carried out with the help of the LS-DYNA nonlinear solution software.The accuracy of the CAE model is verified by comparing the simulation results with the real vehicle tests results.The significant factors are screened by the method of factorial design,the optimal Latin hypercube experimental design method is adopted,the response surface model is established with Isight optimization software,and the NSGA-Ⅱgenetic algorithm is used to optimize the solution.The results show that the safety of cab frontal impact is significantly improved without increasing the weight,and the impact safety of cab’s roof and rear wall is not affected.
