摘要
铝合金汽车齿轮断裂会引发严重事故,对车辆安全造成极大的影响,为此提出铝合金汽车齿轮断裂失效分析研究。通过对铝合金汽车齿轮断裂口理化检验,判明断裂失效机理,综合检验结果分析得到,失效中多数原因由于疲劳断裂造成,并且端口组织发生了一定程度的组织形变,为铝合金汽车齿轮质量把控提供方向。
Fracture of aluminium alloy automobile gears can cause serious accidents,which has a great impact on vehicle safety.Therefore,fracture failure analysis of aluminium alloy automobile gears is proposed.Through the physical and chemical inspection of the fracture surface of aluminium alloy automobile gears,the fracture failure mechanism is identified.The comprehensive analysis of the test results shows that most of the causes of failure are caused by fatigue fracture,and the structure deformation of the port has taken place to a certain extent,which provides a direction for the quality control of aluminium alloy automobile gears.
