摘要
在室内条件下,采用孢子悬浮液喷雾生测法,以4个浓度供试菌株孢子悬浮液处理梨黄粉蚜和桃粉蚜成蚜,测定生防菌玫烟色棒束孢IF-1106对梨黄粉蚜与桃粉蚜的致病力,旨在明确该菌株作为生防资源防治以上2种蚜虫的可能性。结果表明,梨黄粉蚜、桃粉蚜2种蚜虫死亡率与孢子悬浮液浓度有关,随着浓度的提高,蚜虫死亡率随之增加,即死亡速度加快,同时2种蚜虫的时间-死亡率曲线均符合Logistic方程,侵染死亡模型相关系数分别为0.995,0.996。经1.0×10^8个/mL的孢子悬浮液处理梨黄粉蚜成蚜,LT50为2.55 d,LT90为4.50 d,7 d校正死亡率为97.24%;处理桃粉蚜成蚜,LT50为1.36 d,LT90为2.83 d,7 d校正死亡率为100%。在室内条件下,玫烟色棒束孢IF-1106菌株对梨黄粉蚜和桃粉蚜具有较高的致病能力,具有作为防治以上2种蚜虫生防资源的潜力。
Under laboratory conditions,the spore suspension spray bioassay was used to treat the adults of Aphanostigma jakusuiense and Hyalopterus persikonus in four different concentrations of the test strain.The biocontrol fungi Isaria fumosorosea IF-1106 was used to determine the virulence of Aphanostigma jakusuiense and Hyalopterus persikonus,which aimed at clarifying the possibility of using this strain as a biocontrol resource to control the above two species of aphids.The results showed that the mortality rate of the two aphids was related to the concentration of spore suspension.The mortality rate of aphids increased and the death rate accelerated with the increase of concentration.The time-mortality curves of the two aphids(Aphanostigma jakusuiense and Hyalopterus persikonus)were in accordance with the Logistic equation,and the correlation coefficients of the infection death model were 0.995 and 0.996,respectively.Adults of Aphanostigma jakusuiense was treated with maximum concentration 1.0×10^8 spores/mL spore suspension,LT50 was 2.55 d,LT90 was 4.50 d,the corrected mortality rate was 97.24% at 7th days.Adults of Hyalopterus persikonus was treated under the same conditions,LT50 was 1.36 d and LT90 was 2.83 d,the corrected mortality rate was 100%at 7th days.The strain IF-1106 of Isaria fumosorosea has high pathogenicity to Aphanostigma jakusuiense and Hyalopterus persikonus under indoor conditions.Therefore,the use of Isaria fumosorosea is expected to be used as a means of controlling the above two aphids.
