摘要
为了研究土壤中不同浓度镉离子对红芸豆幼苗光合作用的影响,采用叶绿素荧光仪测定不同时长、浓度镉处理红芸豆幼苗叶绿素荧光参数的变化。结果表明,在时长为7 d的处理组,Cd^2+质量分数为5~15 mg/kg时,最大光能转换效率会出现暂时性的上升,但总体仍呈现下降趋势;在时长为14 d的处理组,Cd^2+质量分数为5 mg/kg时,红芸豆幼苗叶片的光能转化率最高,Cd^2+质量分数为10 mg/kg时,光能转化率最低,随着Cd^2+处理红芸豆幼苗时间的延长,光合反应速率抑制作用显著。土壤中富集的Cd2+会对红芸豆的光合系统产生一定的破坏作用。
To study the effect of cadmium ion in soil on photosynthesis of red kidney bean seedlings,the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of red kidney bean seedlings at different time and concentration were determined by chlorophyll fluorescence intrument,and then the effect of Cd on photosynthesis of red kidney bean seedlings was analyzed.The result showed while Cd^2+ stress was 7 days,the concentration of Cd^2+ ranged from 5 to 15 mg/kg,and the maximum light energy conversion efficiency increased temporarily,but still showed a downward trend.While Cd^2+ stress was 14 days,the treatment group with 5 mg/kg Cd^2+ concentration had the highest photosynthetic conversion rate and the lowest was 10 mg/kg treatment group.With the prolongation of Cd^2+ treatment,the photosynthetic rate of red kidney bean seedlings was significantly inhibited.Thus,it can be seen that Cd^2+ enriched in the soil will destroy the photosynthetic system of red kidney bean.
