摘要
陕西安康某以褐铁矿为载体矿物的次生氧化型含金矿石结构及矿物组合较简单,自然金成独立矿物相出现,粒度较细,金品位为3.91 g/t,裸露金、半裸露金占总金的89.53%;脉石矿物以石英为主,其次为云母、方解石、长石和绿泥石等。为高效开发利用该矿石资源进行了选矿试验。结果表明,矿石在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占65%的情况下,采用1次摇床重选,重选中矿、尾矿合并1粗1精1扫闭路浮选的联合工艺流程处理,可获得金品位为43.72 g/t、金回收率为83.51%的摇床金精矿,以及金品位为23.81 g/t、金回收率为12.42%的浮选金精矿,总金精矿金品位为39.45 g/t、金回收率为95.93%,试验指标良好。
The secondary oxidation type gold ore with limonite as the carrier mineral in Ankang,Shaanxi is simple in structure and mineral combination.The natural gold appears as an independent mineral phase and the particle size is fine.The gold grade is 3.91 g/t,bare gold and semi-bare gold account for 89.53%of the total gold.Gangue minerals are mainly quartz,followed by mica,calcite,feldspar and chlorite.In order to realize the high efficient exploitation and utilization of the resources,beneficiation tests of the ore were made.Results show that in the condition of the grinding fineness of-0.074 mm accounted for 65%,via one shaking table gravity separation,then followed by one roughing,one cleaning and one scavenging closed-circuit flotation on mixture of gravity separation middlings and tailings,test results of gravity separation gold concentrate with gold grade of 43.72 g/t and gold recovery of 83.51%was obtained,flotation gold concentrate with gold grate of 23.81 g/t and gold recovery of 12.42%,the total gold concentrate with gold grate of 39.45 g/t and gold recovery of 95.93%,the test results is good.
