摘要
万用表使用不当可能引发设备损坏、保护误动、开关跳闸等严重事故发生。阐述了万用表保护电路的特点及其局限性,对二次设备万用表误用事故进行了分析。提出了一种新型安全型万用表,介绍了设计思路、检测方案,采用在现有钳形数字万用表的基础上增加电流限制电路。测试项目样机技术指标,得到采用所研制的检测表能实现误操作保护。
Improper use of multimeter may cause equipment damage, protection misoperation, switch trip and other serious accidents. This paper expounds the characteristics and limitations of the multimeter in the circuit protection, and analyzes the misuse accident of multimeter, the secondary equipment. It presents a new safety multimeter, and introduces the design idea and testing scheme. The current limiting circuit is added to the existing clamped digital multimeter. According to the technical index of test item prototype, the protection of misoperation can be realized by using the developed multimeter.
