塑料包装调味品中双酚A的高效液相色谱-串联质谱测定法 被引量:10

Determination of BPA in plastic-packaged condiments by HPLC-tandem mass spectrometry

摘要 目的建立塑料包装调味品中双酚A的高效液相色谱串联质谱(HPLC-MS-MS)法。方法样品经乙酸乙酯超声提取,氮吹至近干后复溶于1 ml乙腈-水-氨水(体积比为70∶28∶2)混合溶液,采用Poroshell 120 EC-C18色谱柱(2.1 mm×75 mm,2.7μm),以乙腈和水(体积比为70∶30)为流动相,等度洗脱进行分离,流速为0.2 ml/min,多反应监测(MRM)负离子模式进行检测。结果在1.0~100.0 ng/ml的浓度范围内,所得双酚A的回归方程为y=27.64x+14.02,r=0.9996,呈较好的线性关系。该方法对酱油和醋基质中双酚A的检出限分别为0.12和0.08μg/kg,定量下限分别为0.40和0.27μg/kg;平均回收率为78.5%~89.3%,RSD为6.3%~8.7%。结论该方法前处理简单、灵敏度高,适合于塑料包装调味品中双酚A的快速检测。 Objective To establish a method for the determination of bisphenol A(BPA)in plastic-packaged condiments by high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS-MS).Methods The samples were extracted ultrasonically by ethyl acetate,then the extraction was dried by nitrogen and redissolved in 1 ml acetonitrile-water-ammonia mixed solution(V∶V∶V=70∶28∶2).BPA was separated by Poroshell 120 EC-C18 column(2.1 mm×75 mm,2.7μm)with acetonitrile and water(V∶V=70∶30)as mobile phase for isocratic elution at a flow rate of 0.2 ml/min,then determined by HPLCMS-MS under multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)with negative ion mode of electrospray ionization.Results In the range of 1.0-100.0 ng/ml,a linear equation of y=27.64x+14.02 was achieved with good correlation coefficient(r=0.9996).The limits of detection for soy sauce and vinegar were 0.12 and 0.08μg/kg,and the limits of quantification were 0.40 and 0.27μg/kg,respectively.The average recoveries of BPA in spiked samples were 78.5%-89.3%with RSDs of 6.3%-8.7%.Conclusion This method is simple,rapid,sensitive and effective for determination of BPA in plastic-packaged condiments.
