摘要
如何提高电网突发故障应急处置效率是调度保障电网安全稳定运行的关键问题。本文针对D5000系统实际运行中存在可视化应用效果不佳和智能化程度不高的缺点,借助智能搜索和可视化技术,开发了基于D5000平台的智能调度应急辅助决策系统,介绍了智能调度应急辅助决策系统的设计架构和主要功能,包括调度台账自动查询、设备负载率可视化显示、事故预案自动生成和设备缺陷智能管控等4大功能。通过在芜湖调控中心上线使用,验证了该系统的有效性和可推广性,提升了调度员事故处理的决策效率,提高了调度安全生产服务保障能力。
Improving the emergency response efficiency of power grids is a key issue for dispatching to ensure the safe and stable operation of power grids.For the actual operation of D5000 system,there are some shortcomings of poor visual application and low intelligence.With intelligent search and visualization technology,the intelligent dispatching emergency decision-making system based on D5000 platform is developed.The design structure and main functions of the intelligent dispatch emergency decision-making system are introduced,including four functions:automatic dispatching of account dispatch,visual display of equipment load rate,automatic generation of accident plan and intelligent control of equipment defects.Through the use in the Wuhu dispatch control center,the effectiveness and scalability of the system are verified,the decision-making efficiency of the dispatcher's accident handling is improved,and the dispatching safety production service guarantee capability is improved.
