摘要
目的分析对于小于胎龄矮小患儿使用重组人生长激素治疗所取得的临床效果。方法选取2016年8月至2018年8月于本院进行治疗的小于胎龄矮小患儿44例作为研究对象,将其按照随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,各22例。实验组患儿给予重组人生长激素治疗,对照组患儿给予常规治疗;经治疗后,观察对比两组患儿各指标情况,观察对比两组患儿血清IGF-1情况,观察对比两组患儿不良反应情况。结果治疗后,实验组各项指标明显优于对照组,组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患儿血清IGF-1浓度明显比对照组更高,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患儿不良反应发生率高于对照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对小于胎龄矮小患儿使用重组人生长激素进行治疗,临床效果确切,改善患儿身材矮小具有良好效果,在使用过程中严格把握用量。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of recombinant human growth hormone(rhGH)in the treatment of children with short gestational age.Methods 44 children with short gestational age who were treated in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,22 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with recombinant human growth hormone and the control group was treated with routine therapy.After treatment,the indexes of the two groups were observed and compared,and the serum levels of IGF-1 of the two groups were observed and compared,and the adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared.Results After treatment,the indexes of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);the serum concentration of IGF-1 in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);the adverse reactions of the experimental group were slightly higher than those in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Recombinant human growth hormone(rhGH)is effective in the treatment of short children less than gestational age.It has a good effect in improving the stature of short children.The dosage should be strictly controlled in the course of using rhGH.
