摘要
目的探讨外阴、肛周部位疾病的构成及相关因素。方法选择2016年3月至2018年2月在本院治疗的外阴、肛周部位疾病患者100例作为研究对象,设为观察组。所有患者入院后均完善相关检查,帮助患者确诊,必要时对患者行病理检查。选择同期入院健康体检者45名,设为对照组。查阅两组临床资料,统计并记录患者的年龄、文化程度、睡眠时间、体育锻炼、饮食习惯、饮酒、吸烟、坐站蹲时间、辛辣食物、性伴侣,对上述因素进行单因素及多因素Logistic分析。结果100例患者中排在前3位的分别为皮炎湿疹类、尖锐湿疣、外阴瘙痒症,分别占21%、12%及10%;单因素及多因素Logistic分析结果表明外阴、肛周部位疾病发生率与年龄、文化程度、饮食习惯、饮酒、吸烟差异无统计学意义;外阴、肛周部位疾病发生率与睡眠时间、体育锻炼、性伴侣个数差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外阴、肛周部位疾病类型较多,且影响因素相对较多,应根据危险因素制定有效的干预措施,降低疾病发生率。
Objective To investigate the constitution and related factors of vulvar and perianal diseases.Methods 100 patients with vulvar and perianal disease treated in our hospital from March 2016 to February 2018 were selected as the observation group.All patients were re-examined after admission to help patients diagnose when necessary,perform pathological examinations on patients.45 patients who were admitted to the hospital for physical examination at the same time were selected as the control group.Reviewed the two groups of clinical data,statistics and recorded the patient's age,education level,sleep time,physical exercise,eating habits,drinking,smoking,sitting time,spicy food,sexual partners,single factor and multi-factor Logistic on the above factors analysis.Results Among the 100 patients,the top three were:dermatitis and eczema,condyloma acuminata,and vulvar pruritus,accounting for 21%,12%,and 10%,respectively.The results of single factor and multivariate logistic analysis showed that vulva and anus.The incidence of disease at the peripheral site and age,education,eating habits,drinking,smoking were not statistically significant.The incidence of vulvar and perianal disease and sleep time,physical exercise,number of sexual partners were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many types of diseases in the vulva and perianal parts,and there are many related influencing factors.Effective intervention measures should be made according to the risk factors to reduce the incidence of diseases.
