摘要
在简要介绍欧洲钢轨标准和我国高速铁路用钢轨标准的基础上,结合2017年发布的EN 13674-1:2011《铁路应用轨道钢轨第1部分:46 kg/m及以上T型钢轨》第1号修改单内容,从非金属夹杂物评级、热处理钢轨硬度检验和平直度检验3个方面,分析欧洲标准与我国TB/T 3276—2011/XG1—2017《高速铁路用钢轨》的差异,结合我国高速铁路钢轨检验实际情况,提出优化建议。
Based on brief introduction of European rail standards and Chinese high-speed rail standards,combined with Amendment No.1 of EN 13674-1:2011 Railway Application-Track-Rail-Part 1:Vignole Railway Rails 46 kg/m and Above,this paper compares and contrasts the European standards and Chinese Standard of TB/T 3276—2011/XG1—2017 Rails for High Speed Railway from three aspects:the rating of non-metallic inclusions,the hardness test of heat-treated rails and the straightness test.Some suggestions are raised on the basis of the actual situation of rail in spection in China.
