摘要
本文针对食品机械中常见的腐蚀现象进行分析,包括全面腐蚀、缝隙腐蚀、应力腐蚀、电偶腐蚀与疲劳腐蚀等,通过优化材料选择体系、机械表面的处理、优化机械结构等防止食品机械腐蚀的方法,降低食品机械中腐蚀现象的发生概率,延长食品机械的使用寿命。
In this paper,the common corrosion phenomena in food machinery are analyzed,including overall corrosion,crevice corrosion,stress corrosion,galvanic corrosion,fatigue corrosion,etc.The prevention methods of corrosion phenomena in food machinery,such as optimizing material selection system,surface treatment of machinery and optimizing mechanical structure,are studied in order to reduce the incidence of corrosion phenomena in food machinery.Extend the service life of food machinery.
