摘要
水下航行器在进行挂机空投试验时,发现与空投挂架相连的水激活电池待发绳未拔出而被拉断,导致该产品入水后水激活电池未激活。对断裂的水激活电池待发绳进行宏观、微观、金相组织、能谱及硬度等试验分析,研究断裂失效机理。结果表明:断裂是由弯环成型后的待发绳钢丝表面存在裂纹所致。建议完善该类钢丝的技术条件及检验工序,保证待发绳钢丝表面及弯环处无裂纹等损伤。研究对水激活电池待发绳的可靠性设计具有一定实际意义,为企业、部队等单位完善相应的技术工艺提供必要依据。
When an underwater vehicle hanging to a helicopter conducted an air-drop test, the inactive wire of the water activated battery linked to the hanger was not pulled out but fractured, resulting in the failure of the water activated battery. In order to find out the failure cause, macroscopic and microcosmic analysis, metallographic structure examination, energy spectrum analysis and hardness testing were conducted. The results show that the fracture was due to the surface cracks of the inactive wire after bending.In order to prevent such failures, it is proposed that the technical requirements and inspection process of the steel wires should be improved to prevent surface cracks. The research is of actual significance to the reliability design of the inactive wires of wateractivated battery, and provides necessary basis for perfecting relevant technologies of factories, armies and so on.
