摘要
某发电厂HG-2070/17.5-YM9型1号和2号锅炉投产以来,HU27050-22G引风机发生多次失速,严重影响锅炉机组的正常运行。为了找出引风机失速的原因,对引风机的运行参数和相关试验数据进行了分析研究,提出了解决问题的思路和措施。
Since the commissioning of HG-2070/17.5-YM9 type No.1 and No.2 boilers in a power plant,HU27050-22G induced draft fans have stalled repeatedly,seriously affecting the normal operation of boiler units.In order to find out the causes of the problems,the operation parameters and relevant test data of induced draft fan have been carefully analyzed and studied,and solutims and methods were finally put forward.
