摘要
构建新能源多时间尺度分析办法,能提高对新能源场站的感知水平,是实现新能源场站精益控制,打造山西电网多源交易,实现泛在电力物联网建设的基础。利用山西省调风功率预测系统及日报表系统中全省风电场有效数据,对全省风电输出特性进行了阐述,分别对山西电网年波动特性、24节气特性、风功率日特性以及各时间尺度的分布特性进行了详细分析,目的在于明确不同时间段风电输出的差异性及其随时间变化的规律性,以提高系统运行的安全性和经济性。
Constructing multi-time scale analysis method for new energy can improve the perception level for new energy station,which is the basis of realizing lean control of new energy station,building multi-source transaction of Shanxi power grid and realizing the construction of ubiquitous power Internet of things.In this paper,the wind power forecasting system of Shanxi province and the effective data of wind power farms in the daily report system are used to analyze the characteristics of wind power output in Shanxi province.The annual fluctuation characteristics,24 solar terms characteristics,daily characteristics of wind power and distribution characteristics of each time scale of Shanxi power grid are analyzed in detail.The purpose is to clarify the difference of wind power output in different time periods and its change regularity with time,in order to improve the safety and economy of system operation.
