摘要
目的调查产科护士的压力源情况,并探讨相应的干预策略。方法采用护士压力源量表对福州市某医院135名产科护士进行压力源调查。结果调查对象压力源得分排名前5位的条目依次为经常倒班、病人突然死亡、担心工作出现差错事故、工作量太大和病区拥挤,得分分别为(2.73±1.00)分、(2.66±1.22)分、(2.65±1.03)分、(2.50±1.00)分和(2.42±1.04)分。所有护士得分均在35分以上,且重度压力所占比例最大,为52.59%。不同工作年限调查对象的护理专业及工作方面、病人护理方面得分及量表总分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同科室调查对象的护理专业及工作方面、工作量及时间分配方面、病人护理方面维度得分及量表总分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。工作科室是影响调查对象护理专业及工作方面、工作量及时间分配方面、病人护理方面得分的因素(P<0.05)。结论产科护士尤其是产房护士面临较大的工作压力。缓解产科护士压力,除了产科护士本人应以良好心态积极应对压力外,护理管理者和医院相关部门也应根据产科护士的实际情况采取有效的减压措施,帮助产科护士缓解压力,提高产科护士的抗压能力,从而提高产科护理质量。
Objective To investigate the stressors among obstetric nurses and explore the corresponding intervention strategies.Methods The Nursing Stressor Scale(NSS)was used to investigate the stressors of 135 obstetric nurses in a hospital in Fuzhou.Results The top 5 stressors in the scale were frequent shifts,sudden death of patients,worry about work errors,wearing workload and overcrowding,and the scores were 2.73±1.00,2.66±1.22,2.65±1.03,2.50±1.00 and 2.42±1.04,respectively.All nurses scored above 35,and 52.59% of them were under severe stress.There were significant differences in the total scores and in the dimensions of nursing work and patient care among subjects with different working years(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the total scores and in the dimensions of nursing work,workload and time allocation and patient care among subjects from different departments(P<0.05).The department of the subject is a factor that affects the scores in nursing work,workload and time allocation and patient care(P<0.05).Conclusion Obstetric nurses,especially nurses in the delivery room,are faced with great work pressure.To relieve the pressure of obstetric nurses,in addition that obstetric nurses should respond to stress with a positive attitude,nursing managers and relevant hospital departments should also take effective measures to help them relieve stress and improve their ability to withstand stress,so as to increase the quality of obstetric care.
