摘要
目的探讨一种护理风险安全培训模式在肿瘤患者化疗管理中的作用。方法选择2018年1月-5月在本院化疗科住院治疗的80例行化疗的患者,随机分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例),对照组采用常规护理管理模式进行护理;观察组采用"护理风险安全培训"对患者进行风险管理和个体化护理,比较两组患者护理不良事件发生率、护理投诉率、患者满意度情况。结果观察组患者护理不良事件发生率、护理投诉率低于对照组,两组对比,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。满意度对比,观察组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论通过应用"护理风险安全培训",可以有效降低肿瘤化疗患者的护理风险发生率,提高护理质量,效果显著。
Objective To explore the role of a nursing risk safety training model in the chemotherapy management of tumor patients. Methods 80 patients who were hospitalized in the hospital from January to May 2018 were randomly divided into the observation group(40 cases) and the control group(40 cases). The control group was used the conventional nursing management model for nursing. The observation group was used "nursing risk safety training" to carry out risk management and individualized care to compare the incidence of nursing adverse events, nursing complaint rate, and patient satisfaction. Results The incidence of nursing adverse events and nursing complaint rate were lower in the observation group than in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Compared with the satisfaction, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of "nursing risk safety training" can effectively reduce the incidence of nursing risk, improve the quality of nursing care, and has remarkable effect.
