摘要
目的分析中西医结合治疗对老年髋部骨折围手术期并发症的影响。方法从2015年4月-2018年5月我院收治的老年髋部骨折并行手术治疗的患者中选取46名进行研究。将所有患者随机分为观察组和对照组,例数相等,均为23例。对照组在围手术期采用西医治疗方式,采用那屈肝素钙注射液治疗;观察组在此基础上进行中医辨证治疗,术前为其服用为患者服用桃红四物汤加减,术后根据患者具体情况服用相应中医汤剂。观察两组患者出现并发症的情况。结果观察组患者在围手术期并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论中西结合治疗对老年髋部骨折围手术期并发症的影响效果显著。
Objective To analyze the effect of combination of Chinese and Western treatment on perioperative complications of hip fracture in the elderly. Methods 46 elderly patients with hip fracture treated in our hospital from April 2015 to May 2018 were selected for study. All patients were randomLy divided into observation group(n=23) and control group(n=23). The control group was treated with western medicine and sodium heparin calcium injection during the perioperative period, and the observation group was treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital syndrome differentiation on the basis of which the patients were treated with Taohong Siwu decoction before operation, and the corresponding traditional Chinese medicine decoction was taken according to the specific situation of the patients after operation. The complications of the two groups were observed. Results The incidence of perioperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of combination of Chinese and Western treatment on perioperative complications of hip fracture in the elderly is significant.
