摘要
对Ni-Cr-Co三元合金进行了电子束精炼,结合元素挥发热力学和动力学理论阐明了精炼过程中合金元素的挥发规律。结果表明:电子束精炼后,Ni元素的质量分数增加,Cr元素的质量分数减小,Co元素的质量分数变化不大;在15 kW的电子束精炼功率下,Co元素的挥发速率为1.37 g/(m^ 2·s),精炼过程中熔体表面平均温度为1980.4 K。基于上述研究,对FGH4096母合金电子束精炼过程中Ni、Cr、Co三种元素的质量分数变化进行了预测,理论计算值与试验测量值符合较好。
Ni-Cr-Co ternary alloy was refined by electron beam smelting.Volatilization of alloying elements during smelting was clarified with combination of thermodynamics and kinetics of elemental volatilization.The results show that Ni mass fraction rises,Cr mass fraction drops,and Co mass fraction doesn’t change much after electron beam smelting.Volatilization rate of Co is 1.37 g/(m 2·s)and average temperature of melt surface during smelting is 1980.4 K under electron beam smelting power of 15 kW.Based on the above research,mass fractions of Ni,Cr and Co in electron beam smelting FGH4096 master alloy are predicted.The theoretical calculations are in good agreement with the experimental measurements.
