摘要
对汽车涂装用3种输调漆系统──线侧输调漆系统、集中输调漆系统和快速换色系统的工艺进行了对比。介绍了快速换色系统的组成、分类及换色与清洗工序,指出了快速换色系统在设计、安装和应用中的注意事项。
The processes of three different paint mixing/feeding systems applied to automobile painting including line-sided paint mixing/feeding system,centralized paint mixing/feeding system,and fast color changing system were compared.The composition,classification as well as color changing and cleaning processes of fast color changing system were introduced.Some issues needing attention in the design,installation,and application of fast color changing system were pointed out.
