摘要
近景摄影测量作为一种新的技术手段,如今已逐渐被广泛应用于工程领域。港口起重机由于自身的庞大 结构,外形尺寸的测量难度大,而起重机的安全性评估又与相关尺寸有密切联系。为解决这一问题,构建了一个 无控制点的起重机近景摄影测量模型。通过设定坐标系系统,利用相关算法处理像片得到待测点坐标。实验的结 果表明,基于测量系统内部坐标系的起重机械无控制点的测量方法,不需要在物方空间标定控制点,也可以获得 物方点坐标,且测量精度较好。该方法是在起重机复杂的应用场景下对相关尺寸进行测量的一种新的实用手段。
As a new technical means, close-range photogrammetry has been gradually and widely used in engineering. Due to its huge structure, it is di fficult to measure the external dimensions of port cranes, but the safety evaluation of cranes is closely related to the relevant dimensions. In order to solve this problem, this paper establishes a crane close-range photogrammetry model without control points. By setting the coordinate system, the coordinates of the points to be measured are obtained by processing the photos with relevant algorithms. The experimental results show that the measurement method without control points for hoisting machinery based on the internal coordinate system of the measurement system does not need to calibrate the control points in the object space, and the object coordinates can be obtained with good measurement accuracy. This method is a new practical method for measuring relevant dimensions in complex crane application scenarios.
